NIGERIA is at risk as our people have and are still being subjected to cruel treatments by those in power.
The fact that our corrupt, heartless and greedy leaders are trying to silence us by taking our lives is beyond me.
We live in a society where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer due to the ridiculous amount of public funds government officials embezzle for personal use.
The recent events have been traumatising, mentally and physically draining for us all.
If SARS judge, victimise, extort and brutalise us because of our tangible wealth, why don’t they treat the politicians and their families in the same way?
Police brutality in Nigeria is not new as it has been an ongoing issue for many years and the government did nothing about it..
I refuse to remain silent as the oppression we face gets worse everyday.
We must ensure justice for our fallen brothers and sisters.
One of the reasons I admire Nigerians is because, despite the injustice we have faced and tolerated for many years, we still smile and endure hardship.
I personally believe that Nigeria is on its way to achieving great reforms.
Although these are dire times, we need to be strong now more than ever before because we are the giants of Africa for a reason.
