Sound Sultan reacts to throat cancer reports

MULTIPLE Award winning singer, Sound Sultan has broken his silence on reports that he is down with throat cancer and undergoing chemotherapy in the United States of America.

According to Sound Sultan in his recent post on Instagram, he will tell his story later and it “will be true.”

Sharing a photo of himself with his kids, Sound Sultan used the opportunity to felicitate Muslims around the world on the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.

In his words; “Eid Mubarak to my lovely Muslim brothers and sisters. May Almighty Allah accept our fast as an act of Ibadah… Instagram! This is not the one with ram. I must not ignore the massive show of love. Thank you all. I will tell you my story myself. It will be true THEN not false.”

Since the news about Sound Sultan’s health conditions made rounds on social media, friends and fans of the singer have taken out time to wish him well and pray for him.

Taking to the comment section of his post to react, some of his colleagues in the entertainment industry, including older artistes, expressed their concerns.
