VICTOR Osimhen has given accolades to his Napoli teammates following the side’s win over Sampdoria.
The Super Eagles striker scored twice as Napoli romped to a 4-0 win over their hosts on Thursday to maintain their 100 per cent start to the season.
Osimhen has now scored five goals in his last three games in Serie A and the UEFA Europa League, all within seven days.
The Nigeria international is however giving the credit of his and his club’s form to the camaraderie within the camp.
“Good win!!! Amazing Team Spirit And Also a Brace. GOD Is The Greatest. We Move @sscnapoli,” the 22-year-old tweeted on Thursday night, hours after his brace.
Osimhen scored twice on Thursday last week in Napoli’s 2-2 Europa League group stage draw at Leicester and added another goal in the 4-0 Serie A victory at Udinese on Monday.
The Nigerian has now scored 50 per cent of Napoli’s goals in the last one week as he seeks to improve on his first season at the club.
He joined the Italian side from Lille last season and scored 10 goals in 30 appearances in a campaign blighted by illness and freak injuries.
