Sanwo-Olu breaks ground for Oak Heights on Eko Atlantic City

BABAJIDE Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Lagos State,  has broken ground for the development of Oak  Heights in Eko Atlantic City.

Olukayode Olusanya, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Oak Holdings, stated that the Oak Heights will be the tallest residential structure in Eko Atlantic City.

“Architectural splendor in luxury structures and finesse in real estate engineering,” he remarked of the venture.

Olusanya added that, “The apartments boast of the opulence of fine spacious living where residents can enjoy about 50,000 square metres of expansive building area, 75-foot long pool, spa rooms with an ambience of ease, top of the line fitness centres, tranquil and lavishly appointed conference rooms, maisonettes and villas with suspended pools, apartments with generous living spaces and ultra-luxury finishes.”

He claimed the Oak Heights symbolizes a heady combination of engineering brilliance, architectural phenomenon, and an extraordinary concentration of personal riches, and that it represents a new sort of structure that fully embodies the 21st Century age of technology ingenuity and excessive inequality.

Governor Sanwo-Olu, who was represented by the  Lagos State Commissioner for Housing, Moruf Akinderu-Fatai, made a statement encouraging private  developers to work with the state government to address the housing shortage.

He explained that the Lagos State Government is constructing housing schemes as part of an endeavor to increase the state’s housing stock in order to keep its pledge to offer good homes to its citizens on a regular basis.

According to the governor, the state government is encouraging the private sector while simultaneously providing individuals with a strong mortgage system.

According to him, in some housing plans, the state government encourages citizens to pay 5% of the building’s cost and move in, with the remainder deferred for a period of time.
