THE Ghanaian contingent arrived in Abuja on Monday afternoon for the second leg of their Qatar 2022 World Cup playoffs against Nigeria.

The Black Stars squad of 26 players and team officials arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja aboard a chartered plane.

The team departed the Kumasi Airport around 11.30am Ghanaian time and touched down in Abuja at around 1.30pm Nigerian time.

There is a one-hour time difference between the two countries, with Nigeria ahead.

The Black Stars, led by coach Otto Addo, are expected to have a feel of the Moshood Abiola National Stadium from 5pm on Monday.

Edmund Addo, who missed the first leg due to injury, did not make the trip to Nigeria.

The Black Stars squad is made up of four goalkeepers, nine defenders, five midfielders and eight forwards.

With the first leg in Kumasi ending 0-0 on Friday, the Super Eagles will proceed to the Qatar 2002 World Cup with a win of any margin in Abuja on Tuesday.
