Xiaomi renews Nigerian competition

WITH the launch of the 12 Series brand for the  Nigerian market, mobile device manufacturer  Xiaomi has reignited competition.

The Xiaomi 12 Series, which was created to provide people all over the world with a cutting-edge videography studio and entertainment powerhouse, boasts significant improvements in Xiaomi’s AI algorithm, flagship processing power, and an overall upgraded experience.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro allows users to capture studio-quality footage in any situation, including those with difficult lighting or moving objects. It has a pro-grade  triple camera array for diverse shooting, with a large 50MP main wide angle camera that can record in 8K.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro is distinguished by its cutting-edge triple 50MP array, which includes a Sony IMX707 ultra-large primary sensor. With faster focus speeds  and improved color fidelity, the sensor is capable of capturing enormous amounts of light and enabling sophisticated imaging capabilities.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro advances Xiaomi’s unique AI algorithms in addition to the hardware. Users will be able to capture every moment in the way they desire, even in low-light or with moving subjects, thanks to the new  features.

Addressing the user experience, the company in a statement, said: “Xiaomi 12 Pro boasts a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor – Qualcomm’s most advanced mobile platform. Built on a 4nm process, the processor also boosts GPU graphic rendering capabilities by 30 per cent and energy efficiency by 25 per cent when compared to the previous generation1. It comes with UFS 3.1 exceptional loading and data transfer speeds, along with LPDDR5 RAM for memory speeds up to 6,400Mbps.”
