US: A party for snakes, crocodiles in Houston

IT used to hold in Colorado, Utah and Nevada. Now, it is coming to Houston, Texas most popular city.

1000s of reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, isopods and other bugs are going to have a ball at the largest Reptile Expo. Date is December 10 and 11. The event will be held in Hall A of the NRG Park in Houston. 

To be part of this ball, where guests will enjoy live food and more, it will set your account back by $15. Parking rate is $15 per space at the gate. 

“Parking rates are subject to change without notice. No in and out access. Electronic payment encouraged at parking gates, including credit cards, Apple and Google Pay options,” the organisers said. 

But, not everyone is welcomed. Those not expected include those who have had close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19.

The organisers also said: “If you feel sick (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, muscle aches etc.) or have a temperature at or above 100℉ please stay home.” 

Face coverings/masks are encouraged at the event. 

“Any individual who does not comply with the COVID-19 Rules, and the NRG Park Health & Safety Guidelines will not be permitted to enter or remain on NRG Park premises. 

“High-risk individuals please follow the advice of your medical provider and/or the CDC with regard to attending the event. 

“It’s important to get tested.”

At the show, reptiles and exotic animals will not only be on display, they will also be available for purchase. There will also be products to properly care for them on sale.

Visitors will also see large pythons and geckos. The show also provides educational displays on reptiles and animals to visitors.
