THE University of Jos, Plateau State, will on Saturday graduate a total of 20,532 students at its 33rd and 34th convocation ceremony.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Ishaya Tanko, who disclosed this on Wednesday during a pre-convocation press briefing, said out of the number, 112 of the students would graduate with first-class Honors.
The VC said during the convocation, various categories of students would be awarded different degrees as well.
According to him, the degrees comprised 159 PhDs, 3,669 Masters, 281 postgraduate diplomas, 11, 281 Bachelors, and 5,142 from affiliate institutions.
