THE National Caucus and National Executive Committee (NEC) sessions have been put on indefinite hold by the All Progressives Congress’ (APC) National Working Committee (NWC).
Sen. Abdullahi Adamu’s resignation as the party’s national chairman was followed by this.
The sessions had been scheduled for July 10 and 11, but they had already been moved to Tuesday and Wednesday.
At the conclusion of the NWC emergency meeting, Senator Abubakar Kyari, the acting national chairman of the APC, told reporters that the meeting had been moved.
The party’s national secretary, Iyiola Omisore, also announced her resignation, which he also verified.
