Liverpool reject Al-Ittihad’s £150m Mohamed Salah bid

LIVERPOOL have rejected a bid from Saudi Arabia Pro League club Al-Ittihad for Mohamed Salah believed to be £150 million.

Reports in England claimed the huge offer was made by the Saudi Arabia champions today for the Egypt forward.

Salah has been the subject of interest from clubs in big-spending Saudi Arabia throughout the transfer window, with Al-Ittihad leading the charge.

A verbal offer was made today by Al-Ittihad for the 31-year-old Salah, according to Press Association.

Liverpool immediately rejected the offer and are confident the matter is closed as they have consistently insisted that Salah is not for sale.

Salah is key to Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp’s plans, with the prolific forward regularly emerging as the club’s top scorer since he joined them from Roma for £15m in July 2016.

He has made 308 appearances for the Reds, registering 187 goals and
81 assists.
