Nigeria has signed a $3.3 billion agreement with China to develop the Brass Industrial Park and Methanol Complex.
This was disclosed by the Ministry of Finance in a statement singed by the Director, Information and Public Relations, Mohammed Manga, on Friday.
According to the statement, the agreement was signed during the 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) and the inaugural China-Nigeria Economic Cooperation and Trade Conference.
The park was described as a transformative project expected to significantly boost Nigeria’s industrial output and generate vital employment opportunities.
