THE Rivers State All Progressives Congress (APC) has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and security agencies of conspiring with Governor Nyesom Wike to rig the March 18 governorship and state house of assembly elections.

The Party noted that last Saturday’s Governorship election and State Assembly election was characterized by widespread violence which led to loss of lives.

Rivers State APC Spokesman, Darlington Nwauju, stated at a press conference in Port Harcourt that four APC members were killed in Ahoada West Local Government Area, with two people still missing.

Nwauju questioned why the police have yet to launch an investigation into all of the state’s killings in order to bring perpetrators to justice.

The APC spokesman insisted that the party’s Governorship candidate, Tonye Cole, would soon go to court to reclaim his stolen mandate.
