YBNL Nation and Empire Distribution superstar signee, Ahmed Ololade known professionally as Asake, has been named the most-played artiste across Nigerian radio stations in 2023 given an end-of-the-year chart recently released by TurnTable Charts, an entertainment platform that brings to fore the best performing artistes and songs every week.
With 8.4 billion impressions, the award winning singer topped the list that included other music stars whose music defined the year. His digital success is also reflected on radio where his single, Lonely At The Top emerged as the most streamed song across all platforms and the third highest impressions in 2023.
Ayra Starr was second on the list with 8.1 billion impressions from her hit singles Rush and Sability. Davido followed closely with 7.5 billion impressions which placed him third after he shaped 2023 with the hit singles Feel and Unavailable from his Grammy-nominated fourth album Timeless.
