SUPER Eagles stars Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey along with their Fulham colleagues will be up against Liverpool in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup.
The draw for the last four was held tonight, with Chelsea set to face Middlesbrough, the only non-Premier League side left in the competition.
Liverpool thrashed West Ham 5-1 tonight at Anfield to complete the semi-finals set, while Fulham, with both Iwobi and Bassey starring, defeated Everton on penalties on Tuesday night.
Chelsea also beat Newcastle on penalties in their quarter-final on Tuesday night, while Middlesbrough won 3-0 at Port Vale to set up a repeat of the 1998 final.
The two-legged ties will be played in the weeks commencing on January 8 and January 22.
Fulham, who travel to Anfield in the first leg, are playing in the last four of the League Cup for the first time in their history and have not featured in a semi-final of any competition since 2010, when they went on to the final of the UEFA Europa League.
Championship club Boro, who are managed by former England and Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick, have reached the semi-finals of the competition for the first time since 2004, when they went all the way to claim their only major trophy.
The final is scheduled to be played at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, February 25.
