THE biggest clash of the fifth round of this season’s FA Cup is the all-Premier League tie between Manchester City and Newcastle United.

Meanwhile, Arsenal, Chelsea, Leeds United and Fulham — the club of Super Eagles trio of Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze and Calvin Bassey — will all play clubs in the lower divisions.

It is an opportunity for revenge for Newcastle, who were beaten home and away by Manchester City in the Carabao Cup semi-finals.

Mansfield Town will host 14-time winners Arsenal after the League One side defeated Premier League strugglers Burnley 2-1 on Saturday, producing a remarkable second-half comeback at Turf Moor.

Non-league Macclesfield could be in line to face a third top-flight opponent in a row – either the Silkmen or Brentford will head to West Ham in round five after tonight’s tie.

Sunderland face a second successive away trip in the competition as they were drawn against Port Vale or Bristol City – that fourth-round tie was postponed until March 3 because of a waterlogged pitch.

Meanwhile, Championship promotion chasers Wrexham welcome eight-time winners Chelsea, while the second all-Premier League clash is between Liverpool and Tolu Arokodare’s Wolves.

The matches will be played across the weekend of March 7 and March 8.
