ZAMFARA: Troops foil attack on military formation, kill bandits

TROOPS of Operation Hadarin Daji, on Monday night, foiled an attack by bandits on military formation.

The troops also neutralised no fewer than seven bandits during the encounter in the Kango Sabuwal area of the Gusau Local Government Area of Zamfara State.

Troops of Sector 1 Operation Hadarin Daji in conjunction with troops deployed at Forward Operating Base (FOB) Wanke, in the government area carried out the ambush operation along the route suspected to be used by bandits.
