PARIS Saint-Germain are exploring the possibility of adding Victor Osimhen to their squad, according to reports.

The French champions are the latest club to be linked with the Super Eagles striker, who has also reportedly attracted the interest of Manchester United and Chelsea.

French outlet Le10Sport claimed yesterday that PSG have already begun preliminary moves to secure the prolific Nigerian in the summer transfer window.

Osimhen, who clocked 24 in December, is one of the most sought-after players in Europe at the moment, and Napoli would not listen to any offers short of €100 million.

He has scored 38 goals in 76 appearances and is the leading scorer in Serie A this term with nine goals in 11 matches.

Le10Sport claimed that Osimhen had already been mentioned during negotiations between Napoli and PSG for Fabian Ruiz in August, and the switch could materialise in the summer.

Meanwhile, Napoli has insisted that he is enjoying his time at Napoli, whom he joined from Lille in 2020 for €80m.

“It’s one of the best clubs in Europe and I want to win here. The future is this moment, try to win something relevant in Italy,” he told Il Mattino.

“It’s hard to think about something better than Napoli, one of the best clubs. Right now, I am only focused on this season because we haven’t done anything yet. We must win something and then we’ll see.”
