RUSSIA: Moscow concert hall attack death toll hits 93

THE number of people killed, including children, in the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia’s capital, has reached 93.

Russia’s Investigative Committee announced this yesterday via its Telegram channel.

Earlier, gunmen assaulted the performance hall, killing at least 60 people and injuring another 100, according to Russian security services.

According to BBC-verified footage, at least four attackers dressed in camouflage carried out the attack in Krasnogorsk, a north-west neighbourhood.

The shooters stormed Crocus City Hall as it was preparing to hold a rock performance, engulfing parts of the building in flames and causing part of the roof to collapse.
