Rita Edochie reacts to threats over Ada Jesus’ death

ACTRESS Rita Edochie earlier today on her social media page to share a controversial post amidst the death of Nigerian comedienne, Ada Jesus.

In the post, Rita said God had made her a strong woman and that she would remain.

She wrote:  ‘JEEEEESUS is LORD forever

“LORD ALMIGHTY MADE ME A STRONG WOMAN AND THAT I WILL REMAIN. THE SEED CAN NOT BE KILLED.”

This post stirred mixed reactions on social media. While some netizens slammed the actress for not taking some days off social media to mourn Ada Jesus; others taunted her for having no remorse about the incident.

With several backlashes, an Instagram user identified as aku_money dared Rita Edochie to star in movies and also risk being cast for movie roles by any producer as Nigerians will no longer watch her movies.

Responding to the Instagram user, Rita blasted him, saying she is currently on a movie set.

Rita replied: ‘I am filming at the moment Mugu.’

It would be recalled that Rita Edochie was one of those Ada Jesus sought forgiveness from before her demise after allegedly speaking ill of the actress as well as prophet Odumeje, an Asaba-based chief priest.

The actress had initially insisted she would not forgive late Ada Jesus but later did after many pleaded on her behalf.
