In the Confederation Cup, Kwara United drew 0-0 with AS Douanes of Niger Republic in Niamey to reach the next round 3-0 on aggregate.
The Ilorin side are up against Confederation Cup holders AS Berkane of Morocco for a spot in the group phase.
Unfortunately, Remo Stars could not join their fellow Nigerian clubs in the next round after losing 1-0 in Ikenne to AS FAR of Morocco to crash out 2-1 on aggregate.
